Welcome to my blog!  My name is Elise Thiltgen, and I have been a dance educator for over 20 years.  Here I hope to stimulate thought about  and encourage collaboration  concerning issues which affect the dance profession, dance in education and education generally.  As the world changes rapidly, so too must educators keep abreast of what is happening and creatively work to shape education for the benefit of all.
